I'm a Senior Embedded Software Engineer. I design the hardware and the software as one system — from the circuit board to the application running on it — instead of treating them as separate problems.

In practice that means high-speed hardware design, telemetry and communication systems, precision analog radiometric measurement, FPGA logic design, bare-metal/RTOS firmware, and MPU-based embedded Linux.

I've built these for industrial control, automotive, avionics & telemetry, medical devices and wearables — usually carrying each one from first concept through to mass production.
